What you will do

• Consult with business owners and leaders to identify organizational and employee performance gaps via needs analysis.
• Develop and recommend customized performance improvement and training solutions that provide tangible business value.
• Facilitate strategic initiatives, including teambuilding, process analyses, culture improvement, and executive leadership retreats.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs and encourage client adoption of the hirify.global Learning Portal.
• Establish methods for measuring the business impact of implemented performance and training solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to create service plans aligned with client business strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-5 years of work experience in performance improvement and training.
• Broad knowledge of Human Resources disciplines and their impact on business results.
• Strong business acumen and proven success in influencing leaders.
• Effective presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Denver, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Experience consulting with small to medium-sized businesses.
• DDI training certification (or willingness to obtain it within 3-4 months of hire).
• Active membership in professional organizations related to performance improvement or training.
