Salary: Base $85,000 - $100,000

What you will do

• Own and manage the daily operations of internal learning programs, including scheduling, content maintenance, and logistics.
• Lead first-day training sessions and manage the onboarding training program for new hires.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to perform needs analyses and align training solutions with business objectives.
• Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, eLearning modules, and instructor-led training guides.
• Administer and maintain the WorkRamp LMS and growth tools such as Lattice.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback to implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in talent development, instructional design, or corporate training delivery.
• Proven track record of facilitating live virtual training sessions via Zoom and Google Meet.
• Strong foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with LMS administration and performance management platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholder timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience incorporating generative AI tools into learning workflows.
• Previous experience working within an agency or client delivery environment.
• Direct experience with WorkRamp or Lattice.
