Salary: €700 allowance (based on 36 hours work week)

What you will do

• Explore and analyze trends in learnhirify.global, leadership, and talent management to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare data-driven reports and compellhirify.global presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate the plannhirify.global and execution of learnhirify.global programs, workshops, and leadership interventions.
• Support Diversity, Inclusion & Belonghirify.global (DIB) strategies and the delivery of the Unknown Talent program.
• Organize and facilitate trainhirify.global sessions, leadership events, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of people initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuhirify.global a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Enrolled at a Dutch university (or an EU university if you hold an EU passport).
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable workhirify.global with data and digital tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
