Learning Experience Designer

Location: Remote, based in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Design and build skill-based learning programs from the ground up with subject matter experts.
• Translate expert knowledge into competencies, learning outcomes, curricula, modules, lessons, examples, practice tasks, projects, and assessments.
• Design scaffolded learning experiences that gradually build learner independence.
• Use customer development interviews, qualitative feedback, quantitative learning data, and research to form and validate design hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, subject matter experts, Curriculum Developers, Instructors, and Designers.
• Contribute to learning design standards and best practices across curricula.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Learning Experience Designer or Instructional Designer, including building complex skill-based learning programs from scratch.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above and exceptional writing skills.
• Mastery of curriculum mapping, competency-based education, instructional scaffolding, and assessment design.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including interviewing subject matter experts and extracting implicit knowledge.
• Data-informed learning design experience using qualitative feedback and quantitative performance data.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced EdTech or modern product environments.
• Hands-on experience with modern LXD tools, LMS platforms, and user research methodologies.
• Experience developing technical or highly specialized curricula.
