What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition kickoff through accepted offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define business needs and develop customized recruiting strategies.
• Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and professional communities.
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruiting events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment support, coordination, or administration.
• Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing complex scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Orlando, FL.
