What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake and sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding transition.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, clarify role requirements, and align on recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Conduct candidate screens to assess skills, motivation, compensation fit, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain precise ATS records, including disposition reasons, interview activity, and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage offer discussions and ensure alignment with organizational guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive talent across multiple sourcing channels.
• Strong communication skills for building trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
