TL;DR
UX/UI Trainee (AI): Designing user interfaces, chat experiences, and dashboards for AI-driven systems with an accent on integrating AI tools into the design workflow. Focus on creating interactive prototypes, building design system components, and iterating based on team feedback.
Location: Must be based in Colombia, Costa Rica, Czechia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, or Montenegro

What you will do
- Design user flows, wireframes, and mockups using Figma.
- Build interactive prototypes to test and validate design ideas.
- Develop interfaces for AI products, including chat/agent experiences and admin panels.
- Integrate AI tools (LLMs, prototyping tools) into daily research, ideation, and UX writing.
- Contribute to the development of design system components.
- Present design work to the team and iterate based on received feedback.
Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing design thinking and process (study, personal, or commercial projects).
- Proficiency in Figma, specifically components, auto layout, and prototyping.
- Hands-on experience with LLM assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) and AI prototyping tools (v0, Lovable, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, layout, and user flows.
- English: Upper-intermediate (B2+) level required.
- Location: Must be based in Colombia, Costa Rica, Czechia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, or Montenegro.
Nice to have
- Experience designing conversational or agent-based interfaces (chatbots, copilots).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with AI coding tools.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (contrast, keyboard navigation).
- Experience with generative image tools like Midjourney for visual exploration.
