What you will do

• Plan and conduct research activities including interviews and usability testing to synthesize actionable UX recommendations.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design interaction patterns that improve usability and accessibility while contributing to scalable design systems.
• Shape user-centered narratives and content hierarchies in partnership with copywriters and content strategists.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools into the design process for research synthesis, ideation, and prototyping.
• Present UX rationale and concepts clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX, product, or service design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong end-to-end UX work across web, mobile, or complex digital products.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Experience contributing to design systems and leveraging AI tools in design workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting environments or working with cross-functional client teams.
• Familiarity with service design methods like service blueprints and ecosystem maps.
• Experience designing for luxury, travel, aviation, or financial services sectors.
• Experience facilitating client workshops and design sprints.
