Salary: USD 190,000–220,000 base compensation, plus performance-based bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and lead development of scalable platforms and services for intelligent networking and agentic automation.
• Build real-time microservices and distributed systems that process high-volume network and operational data.
• Develop cloud-native capabilities for analytics, telemetry, observability, and intelligent user experiences.
• Build production generative AI and agentic systems with planning, memory, retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, and tool use.
• Ensure system scalability, availability, low latency, security, observability, and operational reliability.
• Mentor engineers, lead technical decisions, and translate ambiguous problems into production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software development lifecycle experience and 8+ years of programming experience.
• 5+ years designing and architecting large-scale distributed systems on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or comparable platforms.
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose language, preferably Python, Java, Go, or C++.
• Experience with real-time microservices, stream processing, distributed data platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI systems, network telemetry, or large-scale analytics.
• Must be able to work in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related technical discipline.
• Experience with Kafka, Spark, Flink, PySpark, MapReduce, or comparable distributed data technologies.
• Experience developing networking, network management, observability, telemetry, cloud infrastructure, or distributed control-plane systems.
