SI&V Engineering Manager (AI): Leading the CI Autonomy Solution Integration and Validation organization and developing next-generation AI-enabled validation tooling with an accent on engineering team growth, product quality, and delivery performance. Focus on managing engineering and project activities, improving validation processes, and integrating complex product development efforts across global teams.

Location: Onsite in Irving, Texas, five days per week. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Up to 25% travel is required, with heavier travel expected during the first year. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $159,120–$238,680 per year

What you will do

• Manage and grow the CI Autonomy SI&V engineering team and oversee engineering activities.
• Lead the development of AI-enabled validation tooling for next-generation products.
• Improve product and process performance, quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery outcomes.
• Establish and maintain quality processes across office-based and onboard delivery teams.
• Plan resources and align tactical and strategic engineering initiatives with business objectives.
• Coach employees, manage performance and conflicts, and support professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science; an accredited Engineering degree is required.
• Extensive experience with tactical and strategic planning in an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams through project management and people management.
• Experience leading development, testing, and/or integration teams for product development projects.
• Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, collaboration, and people-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Irving, Texas; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience with NVIDIA technology.
