What you will do

• Own performance trajectories for clinical pharmacy Star Ratings measures, including medication adherence, SUPD, Poly-ACH, and COB.
• Forecast cut points, identify performance risks, and turn analysis into actionable operating directives.
• Serve as the clinical subject matter expert on pharmacy quality and interpret CMS rules, technical specifications, and guideline changes.
• Design organization-wide strategies and scalable interventions across member, provider, pharmacy, and PBM networks.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from pilots through full-scale implementation and manage operating KPIs and clinical outcomes.
• Assess vendor capabilities and lead execution through direct management and influence.

Requirements

• PharmD or equivalent clinical degree.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in managed care, a health plan, or a PBM.
• Dedicated ownership of Medicare Advantage and Part D quality programs with measurable results improving clinical pharmacy Stars measures.
• Advanced analytical skills, business intelligence experience, and the ability to identify root causes and design cost-effective interventions.
• Experience influencing clinical and operational outcomes across organizational levels and leading cross-functional or matrixed initiatives.
• Strong clinical communication skills, including the ability to influence prescribing behavior without formal authority.

• Experience using LLMs to build complex prompts and tools.
• Interest in emerging technologies and pragmatic AI applications.
• Strong rigor in interpreting metrics, denominators, open and closed measurement periods, ranges, and probabilities.
