What you will do

• Direct the plant maintenance department, including facilities, utilities, and operations to minimize downtime.
• Manage maintenance and storeroom budgets, including planning and cost estimates for capital projects.
• Lead the ConAgra Performance System Planned Maintenance Pillar and oversee all departmental metrics.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, establishing quality criteria and conducting site inspections.
• Execute capital plans, including engineering design and project management in collaboration with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations and building codes.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in food plant maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of PLC and logic controls for high-speed operating equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex construction or engineering projects.
• Ability to work onsite in American Falls, ID.

• Prior experience using SAP in a production environment.
