Reliability Engineer

What you will do

• Develop reliability centered maintenance strategies.
• Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations.
• Conduct equipment risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs and monitor asset health.
• Support reliability metrics and reporting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with work management and engineering teams to ensure critical assets remain safe, reliable, and available.

Requirements

• Citizenship: United States citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant engineering or industrial experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, processing plants, utilities, industrial facilities, metallurgy, or similar environments.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Hybrid onsite requirement: ability to work hybrid onsite in Mercury, NV on the National Nuclear Test Site.

Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 USD per year
