What you will do
- Develop reliability centered maintenance strategies.
- Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations.
- Conduct equipment risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
- Improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs and monitor asset health.
- Support reliability metrics and reporting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with work management and engineering teams to ensure critical assets remain safe, reliable, and available.
Requirements
- Citizenship: United States citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant engineering or industrial experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, processing plants, utilities, industrial facilities, metallurgy, or similar environments.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Hybrid onsite requirement: ability to work hybrid onsite in Mercury, NV on the National Nuclear Test Site.

Location: Hybrid onsite in Mercury, NV (National Nuclear Test Site); Las Vegas, NV, USA
Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 USD per year
