What you will do

• Lead and coordinate maintenance associates in repairing, installing, and maintaining machinery, tools, and building systems.
• Manage work order priorities and schedule repairs to ensure continuous production operations.
• Direct maintenance activities for utility systems including heat, steam, electric power, gas, and air.
• Partner with the Plant Engineer to monitor and update the preventive maintenance program.
• Collaborate with the Plant Leadership Team to implement methods that improve operations and minimize costs.
• Oversee the procurement of tools and supplies, and manage department training and onboarding.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chatsworth, CA.
• Associate degree in a technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Maintenance) or 9+ years of directly related maintenance leadership experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in food, beverage, or regulated environments with working knowledge of FSSC 22000, GMP, and HACCP.
• Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for managing assets and work orders.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
