What you will do

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for maintenance crews.
• Coordinate major planned outages, including scope, scheduling, resources, and contractor activities.
• Support forced-outage investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate daily work with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, procurement, and contractors.
• Assist with maintenance and outage budgets, capital improvement plans, and long-term maintenance planning.
• Prepare maintenance performance metrics and support training for maintenance and operations staff.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
• At least five years of experience in power plant or industrial maintenance, including planning and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of power plant operations, maintenance, and outage management.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently.
