What you will do

• Oversee daily facility operations, including opening, closing, security, compliance, and safety inspections.
• Drive rentals, protection plan sales, merchandise sales, and key performance indicators.
• Build customer relationships, provide storage solutions, process payments, and resolve escalations.
• Coach, train, and mentor the Assistant General Manager and property staff.
• Manage inventory, product displays, vendor coordination, and the complete storage auction process.
• Perform property walkthroughs, light maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and lifting-related tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for workday travel.
• Basic to moderate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions.
