Location: Onsite in Tampa, Florida, United States. Second shift: 3:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and minor electrical systems.
• Inspect and maintain building areas, including cleanrooms, lighting, walls, ceilings, and general facility spaces.
• Monitor purified water, compressed air, chilled water, HVAC, and other utility systems through routine rounds and building management system checks.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues involving outlets, switches, lighting circuits, and small equipment panels.
• Document work orders and repairs in the CMMS according to Good Documentation Practices.
• Support contractors and follow GMP, EHS, lockout/tagout, confined-space, and emergency-response procedures.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on facilities or utilities maintenance experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills involving motors, pumps, valves, and basic control circuits.
• Experience with HVAC preventive maintenance, including filter changes, belt checks, coil cleaning, and system monitoring.
• Familiarity with purified water, compressed air, steam traps, and related utility systems.
• Experience using CMMS platforms and interpreting diagrams, schematics, and trend data.
