What you will do

• Manage and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Perform multi-craft maintenance on critical utilities including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and air compressors.
• Serve as the primary technical first responder for hands-on adjustments and repairs to electrical and instrumentation equipment.
• Supervise specialized vendors, execute permitting procedures, and coordinate daily contractor tasks.
• Draft and review SOPs and technical drawings to ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the maintenance technician staff.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ years of Industrial or Pharmaceutical maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in multi-craft troubleshooting for pumps, motors, valves, HVAC, and boilers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GMP and strict cleanroom gowning/documentation protocols.
• Experience with Process Control Systems, Building Automation Systems, and Environmental Monitoring Systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Middletown, DE, and meet physical requirements (lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders).

Nice to have

• Journeyperson Electrical License.
