What you will do

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on utilities and facilities equipment, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and air compressors.
• Monitor and maintain water purification systems, clean steam generators, and HVAC using Building Management Systems.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, such as thermography, vibration analysis, and oil sampling.
• Supervise specialized vendors and manage permitting procedures and detailed work orders in the CMMS.
• Draft and review SOPs and drawings to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Act as a technical mentor for junior personnel and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent mechanical failures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or highly regulated industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (pumps, motors, valves, 480V/3-phase distribution).
• Demonstrated understanding of cleanroom environments and strict gowning and documentation protocols.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Middletown, DE.
