What you will do

• Manage and optimize the core SaaS stack, including Google Workspace, O365, Slack, and Zoom.
• Own the Okta IdP ecosystem, focusing on user lifecycle workflows, group management, and access provisioning.
• Oversee the MacOS and Windows endpoint fleet using Scalefusion and Kandji to deploy applications and manage patching.
• Support and maintain Ubiquiti UniFi network environments, including vLANs, switching, and Wi-Fi performance.
• Build SSO and SCIM integrations and automate manual IT workflows using Zapier or custom code.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on complex technical issues via the Freshservice ticketing system.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City (NYC) for on-site presence 4 days per week.
• 3+ years of experience as a Systems or IT Administrator within helpdesk or infrastructure teams.
• 3+ years of hands-on administration experience with Google Workspace and Okta.
• Practical experience setting up SSO and SCIM integrations between IAM platforms and SaaS applications.
• Solid experience with Jamf or Kandji for MacOS policy creation and application deployment.
• Strong foundational knowledge of networking principles, specifically with UniFi environments.

Nice to have

• Degree-level education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Industry certifications: Okta Certified Professional, Google Workspace Certified Administrator, Jamf Certified Admin, or Microsoft 365 Certified.
