IT Support Engineer (AI)

Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day IT support, including triage and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Execute high-quality onboarding and offboarding processes for a distributed workforce.
• Administer identity and access workflows via Okta, including SSO and group strategies.
• Oversee endpoint fleet operations with Workspace ONE, covering provisioning, patching, and encryption.
• Manage SaaS tools including Google Workspace and Slack to maintain security and productivity.
• Collaborate with Security and Engineering to automate IT controls and improve operational gaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or operations, preferably in a remote-first environment.
• Hands-on experience with Okta or similar identity providers.
• Proficiency with modern MDM tools, specifically Workspace ONE or equivalents.
• Strong administration skills for Google Workspace and macOS endpoints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance controls.
• Knowledge of EDR, disk encryption, and device security posture.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Google Apps Script.
• Experience managing hardware logistics for global teams.
