What you will do

• Greet and direct patients entering the clinic.
• Process patient registrations and verify identification and insurance information.
• Manage patient accounts and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Complete registration-related administrative tasks.
• Support efficient clinic intake under the direction of the Program Director or Office Manager.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site at the Mobile, Alabama clinic.
• Ability to perform patient registration, identification, insurance verification, and administrative duties.
• Ability to work compassionately with patients receiving behavioral health and addiction treatment services.
