• Manage cases with high responsiveness, maintaining a 3-hour response time for emails and messages.
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets for caregivers based on state standards.
• Maintain detailed case notes in Salesforce and navigate internal enrollment systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and compliance expectations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Denver, CO area and available for local fieldwork.
• Must have own reliable transportation for travel to patient and caregiver homes.
• 1+ years of experience in a field-based role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Computer proficiency and strong typing skills.
