What you will do

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate clinical calendars.
• Manage genetic testing coordination, including ordering, specimen tracking, and result management.
• Organize medical records, family histories, and prepare patient charts for counseling appointments.
• Handle insurance verification and prior authorizations for genetic testing.
• Communicate with patients, laboratories, and healthcare providers regarding logistics and billing.
• Maintain accurate patient information in electronic health records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of directly related experience (or equivalent college/vocational training).
• Must meet all U.S. employment eligibility requirements.
• Ability to pass a Level II background check.
