TL;DR
Senior Analyst, Wireline eCommerce (Digital Commerce): Supporting and optimizing web and mobile eCommerce buyflows for customer acquisition and self-service with an accent on product requirements, backlog coordination, QA performance reporting, and release readiness. Focus on improving conversion, analyzing customer journey friction, managing cross-functional delivery dependencies, and strengthening digital product quality through data-driven insights.
Location: Onsite at 1 Mount Pleasant in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; corporate employees are expected to work onsite. Travel requirements are up to 10%.

What you will do
- Support end-to-end delivery and optimization of Wireline eCommerce experiences across .com and the mobile app.
- Translate business and customer needs into requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, documentation, and release plans.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog while tracking dependencies, risks, blockers, defects, and delivery decisions.
- Identify customer journey friction and conversion opportunities across acquisition and self-service buyflows.
- Own QA performance reporting, including testing progress, defect trends, release quality, readiness, and post-launch performance.
- Coordinate with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Analytics, Content, Marketing, and Delivery teams through planning, testing, launch, and monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital product management, eCommerce, business analysis, project delivery, digital experience, or a related technology role.
- Experience supporting web and mobile products from requirements gathering through launch and post-launch support.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, defect management, user acceptance testing, and release coordination.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and product collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including experience with QA metrics, delivery dashboards, or operational reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital buyflows, eCommerce platforms, telecommunications, subscription products, websites, or mobile applications.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, Dynatrace, Power BI, Tableau, or similar digital analytics and customer experience platforms.
- Interest in developing toward a future Product Manager role.
