TL;DR

Sales Business Analyst (Retail): Managing sales support and reporting for retail partners in Canada with an accent on data-driven insights and product launch execution. Focus on optimizing retail partner performance, managing pricing and promotional ROI, and driving business growth through market analysis.

Location: Greater Toronto Area. Currently home office with in-person team meetings multiple times a month in West GTA; potential for future in-office work.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 with bonus

What you will do

  • Ensure flawless execution with retail partners via sales support, product listings, pricing, and account management.
  • Develop sales reporting dashboards to analyze trends, customer performance, and market opportunities.
  • Manage new product launches across Canadian retail partners, including item setup and A+ content.
  • Coordinate cross-functional promotional planning and evaluate ROI to support future initiatives.
  • Support onboarding of new retail partners and manage EDI and other operational processes.
  • Maintain relationships with independent specialty retail accounts, including budget delivery and forecasting.

Requirements

  • University degree (Business-related preferred).
  • 0–2 years of professional experience (internship experience is a strong asset).
  • Previous experience in consumer goods or retail environments, ideally in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive entrepreneurial spirit with strong communication and negotiation skills.
