What you will do

• Manage day-to-day technical operations of the Impartner PRM platform, including access controls, page layouts, and localized branding.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot the critical data sync between Impartner and Salesforce.com for leads, accounts, and deal registration.
• Develop code-free automated partner lifecycles using Impartner’s Journey Builder, including milestone alerts and onboarding tracks.
• Architect and maintain partner competency programs, training modules, and certification pathways within the portal.
• Oversee lead distribution algorithms, deal registration routing, and Market Development Funds (MDF) workflows.
• Audit system logs and data health to ensure compliance with corporate data protection standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated PRM Admin experience with deep mastery of the Impartner PRM platform.
• Impartner Certified Administrator certification.
• Current Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• Proven track record of managing complex API syncs and mapping custom fields between PRMs and Salesforce.
• Experience building advanced operational dashboards and auditing data integrity across integrated systems.
• Must be based in Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience using Jira and Confluence for backlog and documentation management.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for portal layout styling or specialized workflow scripts.
• Experience with Cloud Coach and Professional Services workflows.
• Experience managing multi-currency, localized, or multi-lingual partner portals for global ecosystems.
