What you will do

• Coach and manage multiple Scrum teams, supporting Agile adoption, team growth, capacity planning, and impediment removal.
• Train Scrum Masters and Product Owners in user stories, product vision, backlog prioritization, release planning, and Scrum tools.
• Create dashboards, metrics, workflows, and reporting to support team planning and delivery decisions.
• Evaluate organizational Scrum and Agile practices and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Educate leadership and align Agile strategy, methodology, and execution across functions.
• Mentor junior and intermediate Scrum Masters and improve ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT-related field plus three years of relevant experience, or seven years of relevant experience.
• Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with Scrum methodology, Agile coaching, facilitation, delivery management, metrics, and process improvement.
• Ability to train Product Owners and Scrum Masters in backlog management, user stories, product vision, and release planning.
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, outcome orientation, and organizational change management skills.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
