What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for digital commerce and omni-channel initiatives in the hospitality sector.
• Drive delivery of hospitality solutions including reservation systems, POS, digital ordering, and mobile check-in/out.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and marketing to ensure project success.
• Modernize core hospitality systems (PMS, CRS, RMS) and integrate them with modern commerce platforms.
• Establish governance models, KPIs, and executive-level reporting for leadership transparency.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, systems integrators, and hotel brand teams.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within hospitality, travel, or retail environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale omni-channel or digital commerce projects.
• Deep understanding of hospitality operations and systems (PMS, CRS, POS, RMS, loyalty systems).
• Must be local to or willing to relocate to Miami, FL.
• Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, Oracle Hospitality, Sabre, or Amadeus.
• Experience working with global or multi-property hospitality organizations.
