TL;DR

Scrum Master (Agile/Jira): Managing internal IT projects across their full lifecycle with an accent on sprint planning, stakeholder communication, resource allocation, and delivery tracking. Focus on coordinating multiple projects, controlling scope and budgets, managing delivery risks, and enabling software development teams through Agile practices.

Location: 100% remote and open to qualified candidates worldwide. Remote employees are expected to keep their cameras on during virtual meetings.

What you will do

• Manage internal IT projects from planning through execution and completion.
• Serve as Scrum Master for internal project teams, plan sprints, and organize tasks in Jira.
• Coordinate stakeholders, internal resources, vendors, and third parties to support timely delivery.
• Track project performance, milestones, schedules, budgets, resources, and long- and short-term goals.
• Manage scope changes, project risks, liabilities, documentation, and project constraints.
• Prepare Scrum and project reports for upper management while prioritizing multiple projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of IT project management experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience with product and/or software development processes.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of human, financial, and asset-based resource management.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile methodology, Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, and Asana.
• Experience with IT projects.
• Experience in entrepreneurial or startup environments.
