Salary: $99,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Lead large-scale enterprise web modernization engagements, including website rebuilds and design system rollouts.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing across cross-functional delivery teams.
• Proactively identify technical and project risks and develop mitigation plans to protect margins.
• Utilize Jira and Jira Advanced Plans for roadmapping, dependency mapping, and capacity tracking.
• Serve as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams and client executive leadership.

Requirements

• PMP certification is strictly required.
• 7+ years of project/product management experience in client-facing or agency settings.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise web redesigns or digital transformations.
• Deep proficiency in Jira and Jira Advanced Plans.
• Expertise in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP certifications.
• Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), specifically Sitecore AI and Headless Sitecore (XM Cloud).
• Experience managing modular design systems and atomic design workflows.
• Industry experience in healthcare or other heavily regulated sectors.
• Experience configuring Jira and Confluence environments.
