What you will do

• Manage end-to-end international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and visa facilitation.
• Lead logistical planning for training events, conferences, workshops, and retreats.
• Evaluate and select vendors for office supplies and IT equipment in alignment with procurement policies.
• Maintain a detailed inventory of office supplies and fixed assets to ensure zero downtime.
• Collaborate with the Finance Team to process payment requests and reconcile monthly purchase orders.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with local laws, donor conditions, and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operations (procurement, logistics, asset registry) within an INGO in Ethiopia.
• Must be located in and have valid work authorization in Ethiopia.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Strong attention to detail, deadline orientation, and quality of delivery.
