What you will do

• Review completed in-home appointments to ensure accurate lab draws and documentation.
• Track lab results and imaging reports through Quest and other clinical applications to identify missing or delayed data.
• Collaborate with labs, providers, and internal teams to resolve documentation gaps within defined SLAs.
• Manage and organize clinical documents while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
• Support patient outreach projects, including outbound calls for result delivery or appointment follow-ups.
• Identify inefficiencies in the post-visit review process and suggest workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical healthcare environment (e.g., Healthcare Administrator or Patient Care Coordinator).
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy standards, and medical terminology.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and tracking clinical documentation.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Slack, Google Workspace, and ticketing systems like Zendesk.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle PHI with high attention to detail.
