What you will do

• Execute and administer international benefit plans and programs.
• Analyze and interpret regional benefits programs and support plan benchmarking.
• Manage benefit plan design benchmarking and broker relationships.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders.
• Support competitive compensation and benefits communications for leaders and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 12 years of compensation and benefits experience in an international organization.
• Experience working across multiple countries.
• General understanding of process, payroll, and labor-law differences between countries.
• Strong communication skills in English.
