What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle workflows, from onboarding to outboarding.
• Ensure full compliance with the local Labour Code, data privacy, and internal company policies.
• Coordinate the payroll process by providing data inputs (attendance, bonuses, deductions) and validating outputs with external vendors.
• Maintain up-to-date HR data in HRIS and generate standard and ad hoc reports for management.
• Represent the company before country authorities, including Labour Offices, ZUS, and the Office for Foreigners.
• Collaborate with TA and HRD to implement HR strategies and process improvements on a group level.

Requirements

• Education in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, including payroll and employee lifecycle management.
• Advanced knowledge of the local labour code.
• Fluent English for daily communication in an international environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

• Experience in HR ops projects, such as payroll process optimization, digitalization, or implementation of new HR tools.
