What you will do

• Prepare, consolidate, and validate compensation and benefits data for payroll processing.
• Perform data checks and reconciliations to support payroll closure and accrual processes.
• Maintain accurate records within HR systems and generate operational reports.
• Act as a primary point of contact for payroll-related compensation and benefits inquiries.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data explanations.
• Resolve data-related issues in collaboration with HR, Legal, and Finance departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lviv, Western, or Central Ukraine
• 2+ years of experience in payroll and C&B administration, preferably in IT services.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, compensation practices, and Ukrainian Labor Legislation.
• Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software (ADP, Workday experience is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Finance.
• English: Upper-intermediate level required
