What you will do

• Perform system selection and calculations for design purposes.
• Conduct field work to document existing conditions.
• Collaborate with junior engineers to develop drawings using building modeling software.
• Complete project designs independently and as part of a project team.
• Provide construction phase services, including submittal reviews and site visits to monitor progress.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Buffalo, NY.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience working at an A/E consulting firm.
• Well-rounded experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Proficiency with Revit or AutoCAD.

Nice to have

• New York State Professional Engineer’s license.
• Field experience.
