Principal Product Manager (B2B SaaS)

Location: Ontario, Canada — Remote

Salary: CAD 142,000–207,900 per year base salary, with potential bonuses, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Represent workspace administrators by bringing customer and market insights to engineering and leadership.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and concept testing through launch, go-to-market, enablement, and adoption.
• Deliver a consistent workspace setup experience across hirify.global products.
• Lead the launch of public create, read, update, and delete APIs for integrations and extensibility.
• Evolve workspace capabilities for global compliance and diverse user needs.
• Build tools for configuring settings, defining custom properties, and managing business units.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
• Product leadership experience focused on administrator or purchaser personas, or hands-on experience as a software administrator.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and customer presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and define and track success metrics and KPIs.
• Precision in language and messaging across customer and R&D communications.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
