What you will do

• Lead complex health IT initiatives, taking accountability for scope, budget, resources, and overall delivery quality.
• Oversee the full systems development lifecycle for health data systems, cloud integration, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
• Mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams across health, technology, and capture functions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders at federal and state health agencies.
• Drive business growth through pipeline development, opportunity research, and leading proposal/capture efforts.
• Translate complex informatics and technical concepts into clear, client-ready solution strategies.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States and perform work within the U.S.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, growth, capture, or solutioning.
• PMP certification or other relevant project/program management credentials.
• Proven experience leading health IT project delivery in software, data, analytics, or health informatics.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, IT, or Epidemiology.
• Experience supporting agencies such as the CDC or SAMHSA.
• Familiarity with federal procurement, capture, and proposal processes.
• Strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, data governance, and application modernization.
