What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise contact center and CX transformation projects.
• Direct architects, consultants, developers, engineers, analysts, trainers, customer stakeholders, and other cross-functional contributors.
• Build project plans covering resources, budgets, forecasts, governance, communications, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
• Guide projects through discovery, design, execution, testing, go-live, and transition to support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, Finance, and partners.
• Improve delivery methodologies, mentor project teams, and support pre-sales scoping, estimation, and proposal development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience in enterprise technology environments.
• 5+ years delivering cloud, SaaS, contact center, or CX transformation programs.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle enterprise implementations and global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
• Strong experience with project financials, forecasting, profitability, executive communication, negotiation, governance, KPI tracking, and risk management.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with hirify.global Cloud CX, hirify.global Engage, or CCaaS platforms.
• Experience leading cloud migration or AI-driven CX initiatives.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, ITIL, Prosci, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Professional Services experience supporting enterprise customers and pre-sales solution estimation.
