Executive Director (Project Management)

Salary: $190,000-200,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead NARPM's strategic vision and implement objectives in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
• Oversee organizational governance, risk management, and administration of Board meetings.
• Drive revenue growth through business development, sponsorship expansion, and program optimization.
• Manage the commercial health of the NARPM account for MCI USA, balancing client value with account profitability.
• Provide executive oversight for events, certification programs, and membership recruitment strategies.
• Lead and mentor the designated staff team, fostering an accountable and high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree required; CAE preferred.
• Proven experience as an Executive Director within an association or non-profit organization.
• Experience managing client relationships with revenue or P&L accountability.
• Strong technology and data fluency, including the use of AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to travel domestically 3-5 times per year.

Nice to have

• Association Management Company (AMC) experience.
• Experience within real estate or related industry associations.
