What you will do

• Develop multi-year category strategies for SaaS, software, and hardware aligned with financial and IT roadmaps.
• Lead complex sourcing plans, including RFPs, renewals, and negotiations of enterprise technology agreements.
• Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and drive cost reductions through price holds and true-downs.
• Establish and lead Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs) to hold strategic vendors accountable to performance and innovation.
• Monitor supplier risk in partnership with Security, Vendor Risk, and Legal teams to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and spend transparency projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement or category management, specifically within technology/SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Expertise in negotiating enterprise-level technology agreements and understanding software licensing models.
• Proven experience leading supplier governance programs and conducting executive-level reviews.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, Zip, Jira, ServiceNow, and IronClad.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience leveraging generative and agentic AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Glean) to improve procurement efficiency.
