What you will do

• Facilitate remote training calls and onsite visits using standardized curriculum agendas.
• Provide post-training documentation and maintain updated training calendars.
• Document all customer sessions within the CRM system to monitor progress.
• Mentor new employees during onboarding and provide consistent shadowing opportunities.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Support teams to resolve technical issues and coordinate sessions.
• Maintain a personal CSAT score of 90% or above.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
• Experience with dental industry and practice management software (Henry Schein solutions preferred).
• Professional training and public speaking experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Must be based in the US (excluding restricted states).
