Professional Services Trainer (ERP): Delivering instructor-led and virtual training for software implementations in the utility and local government sectors with an accent on user adoption and readiness. Location: Must be based in Canada or the US. Travel required (25-50%) including international travel to Canada, the US, and the Caribbean.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000

What you will do

• Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and onsite training sessions for customers implementing Cayenta software solutions.
• Facilitate role-based training programs for end users, administrators, supervisors, and system champions.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions to prepare customer resources for ongoing internal knowledge transfer.
• Partner with Project Managers and Consultants to develop training schedules and readiness plans aligned with project timelines.
• Maintain and update training materials, job aids, and user documentation to reflect product enhancements.
• Support customers during critical implementation milestones, including testing and go-live stabilization.

Requirements

• Experience delivering software or systems training in a customer-facing environment.
• Background in Professional Services, software implementation, ERP consulting, or SaaS organizations.
• Proven experience facilitating classroom, virtual, and webinar-based training.
• Valid passport and legal eligibility to travel to Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness and ability to travel 25-50% of the time based on project requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with utility billing, customer information systems, municipal software, or local government operations.
• Familiarity with change management and user adoption practices.
• Experience delivering train-the-trainer programs for enterprise software.
