What you will do

• Implement Roger sales tactics and promotional strategies to drive growth in Western Canada.
• Provide clinical training on Roger, pediatrics, and hearing instruments through face-to-face sessions and open houses.
• Act as the primary contact for Education and Distributor accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Marketing, and Swiss HQ on product initiatives and sales tools.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide technical patient troubleshooting support.
• Organize and lead educational seminars, conventions, and product launch events.

Requirements

• Audiologist designation required (Doctor of Audiology preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Audiologist.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% within Western Canada.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency.
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
