Human Resources Intern

What you will do

• Lead projects focused on enhancing employee engagement, connection, and workplace culture.
• Assess current engagement efforts and research best practices to develop sustainable initiatives.
• Design employee spotlight and recognition programs, including templates and communication schedules.
• Create engaging internal communication materials such as newsletters and email campaigns.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for internal social platforms or communication hubs.
• Develop a set of sustainable employee engagement resources for organizational implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Completed at least three years of accredited college/university coursework in Business Management, Human Resources, or Communications.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and task management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external teams.

Nice to have

• Creative thinker with an interest in employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Experience with Canva or similar design and communication tools.
• Comfort using new digital tools and platforms.
