TL;DR
HR & Communication Intern (HR, Internal Communications): Supporting employee communications, benefits data reporting, and D&I, wellbeing, and employer branding programs with an accent on creative content, visual design, and employee engagement. Focus on producing bilingual communication materials, coordinating internal initiatives and events, and organizing accurate benefits information.
Location: Tan Uyen, Binh Duong, Vietnam; hybrid policy with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Create English and Vietnamese content for internal communications covering benefits, D&I, employer branding, and wellbeing programs.
- Design posters, infographics, newsletters, and social media posts while maintaining consistent branding and visual identity.
- Support the planning and execution of awareness campaigns, internal events, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collect employee feedback, consolidate benefits data, and prepare accurate internal reports and communications.
- Coordinate travel support with travel agencies and requesters.
- Deliver gifts, recognition items, and event materials and assist with other HR administration.
Requirements
- Third- or fourth-year university student studying Fine Arts, Multimedia Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong artistic skills and creative design thinking.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Interest in employee experience, D&I, wellbeing, and employer branding initiatives.
- Good organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, teamwork, and willingness to learn; able to work with close supervision.
