What you will do

• Source qualified candidates using online job boards, professional networks, and databases.
• Create and post attractive job advertisements to attract target talent.
• Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate data and records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with recruiters to optimize sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
• Promote the employer brand through social media and strategic outreach.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina.
• 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration (pharma industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in English.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with Boolean search and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
