• Develop and refine rigorous sourcing strategies to identify top software development experts.
• Identify, reach out, and attract relevant professionals to drive the growth of the technical talent community.
• Monitor and maintain a consistent, high-quality pipeline of candidates.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to grow sourcing operations and implement process playbooks.
• Utilize cutting-edge, internally developed tools to optimize sourcing efforts.
• Analyze results to implement data-driven improvements to the sourcing strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience sourcing or recruiting global technical talent.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter with experience using advanced features.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with perfect English grammar.
• Must be based in Central or South America.
• No visa sponsorship or assistance provided.
