What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business functions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop strategic sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI automation tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical capabilities and cultural alignment.
• Strengthen the employer brand through exceptional candidate engagement and professional representation.
• Track and optimize recruitment KPIs (Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate) within the ATS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups or remote-first organizations.
• Proven success recruiting for technical, marketing, operations, creative, and leadership roles.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and proactive direct outreach.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

• Experience recruiting globally across multiple regions and time zones.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms such as JazzHR, Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
• Experience implementing AI recruiting tools and workflow automation.
